Stephen R. Kershner Joins KCC-Martinsburg

Charleston, WV (December 11, 2019) — Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC is pleased to announce that Stephen R. Kershner has joined the firm’s Martinsburg office.  As a member of the firm, Mr. Kershner will practice commercial law with an emphasis on real estate. Prior to joining Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC, Mr. Kershner was a partner in the law firm of Dorsey & Kershner, LC, from 1994 until 2002.  From there, he opened his own firm in Martinsburg, in which he practiced law for 17 years. During this time, Mr. Kershner also served as a Municipal Judge in Martinsburg from 2002 until 2017. Mr. Kershner earned a Bachelor or Arts degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Shepherd College in 1980.  He obtained a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1984 from Washington & Lee University. For more information, visit the firm’s website: wsz.wpw.mybluehost.me/website_394b09f8/.
