Caitlyn M. Kinsey is an associate attorney in the Martinsburg office of Kay Casto & Chaney, PLLC where she assists with general civil litigation, real estate and estate litigation, property law, estate planning, and insurance defense matters.
Caitlyn graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in May 2026, where she was President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and received the Pro Bono Distinction Award. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Caitlyn served as a part-time law clerk for the firm, as well as a summer law clerk for Trump and Trump, L.C. prior to its merger with Kay Casto & Chaney, PLLC.
Caitlyn is not yet admitted to practice law as she awaits her admission to the West Virginia State Bar.
