Firm Welcomes Victoria L. Wilson to Charleston Office

Charleston, W.Va. (April 16, 2018) — Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC is pleased to announce that Victoria L. Wilson has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney.

Ms. Wilson practices in the areas of commercial law and civil litigation with a concentration in bankruptcy. She serves the firm’s clients from the Charleston office of Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC. Ms. Wilson is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law (2007) and a summa cum laude graduate of Spelman College, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science, with honors (2004). Her accomplishments include serving on the board of the WVU College of Law Moot Court, and recognition as a West Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star for her work in civil litigation defense.

Ms. Wilson’s professional experience includes a clerkship with the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin, an Associate position with Goodwin & Goodwin (2007 – 2015), and most recently an Associate position with Samuel White PC (2015 – 2018). She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the southern and northern districts of West Virginia.
