Firm Welcomes Attorney Lindsay M. Gainer

Charleston, W.Va. (June 15, 2015) — Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC is pleased to announce that Lindsay M. Gainer has joined the firm and will focus her practice in the areas of commercial law and civil litigation.

As a student at West Virginia University, Gainer majored in both English and History and graduated magna cum laude. She went on to study at the West Virginia University College of Law, where she earned a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Since this time, Gainer has served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas C. Evans, III, 5th Judicial Circuit; West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.

Gainer is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
