Emily A. Neely Joins Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC

Charleston, WV (September 25, 2023) – Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC is pleased to announce that Emily A. Neely has joined the firm’s Martinsburg, WV office and will practice in the areas of insurance defense and litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Neely served as an attorney with Legal Aid of West Virginia, where she served as an Equal Justice Works Fellow and dedicated her time to family court mediation. Neely’s previous experience in private practice included assisting with matters related to personal injury and medical malpractice cases.

Neely is a graduate of West Virginia University (B.A., Political Science/Philosophy, summa cum laude, May 2018). She then went on to graduate from West Virginia University College of Law (J.D., 2021), where she earned the CALI Award for her work in Civil Procedure, the CALI Award for Legal Writing, Pro Bono Distinction, and the Community Service Award.
