Debra Scudiere, a member of the Morgantown office, was recently re-elected to a second two-year term as the representative from the West Virginia State Bar Board of Governors to the American Bar Association House of Delegates. Scudiere is an experienced trial attorney whose practice deals with all areas of civil defense litigation including insurance, malpractice, contracts, and personal injury. Her practice areas include alternative dispute resolution, commercial law, and employment law. Mrs. Scudiere’s work as a mediator led to her selection to the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
