Mary Kathryn Kay is an associate attorney in the Charleston office of Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC, where she focuses on estates and trusts as well as commercial litigation and transactions. She brings valuable experience from her clerkship with the Honorable Robert B. King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where she gained deep insight into complex federal appellate matters.
