Associate Attorney — Morgantown Office

Our Morgantown office is hiring an associate attorney. Ideal candidates will have 2–7 years of experience in the practice of law and be licensed or eligible for license in West Virginia.

Our practice areas include municipal court prosecution; commercial litigation; general counsel to businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities; real estate; employment counseling and general litigation; public utilities; estate planning; and others.
