The attorneys belonging to the firm's Insurance / Litigation Practice Group routinely handle a wide variety of civil litigation, ranging from traditional insurance defense to direct corporate representation. Our attorneys are experienced in defending individuals, businesses, corporations, and governmental entities in all forms of litigation, and they practice in all courts of law in West Virginia, both state and federal, as well as in all courts of appeal.

The matters handled by the attorneys in this practice group are varied, and include slip and fall cases, personal injury claims, premises liability, civil rights actions, complex product liability cases, insurance coverage issues including bad faith, and mass tort claims.
