The Commercial Practice Group was organized on the premise that the firm's commercial clients could best be served by integrating those lawyers with a diverse commercial practice into a single focus group.

The group consists of attorneys with expertise in a variety of fields including corporate, tax, real estate, banking, and bankruptcy law. This approach enhances the firm's ability to analyze all aspects of each commercial client's needs and to assure that the firm's resources are most efficiently dedicated to satisfying those needs. The Commercial Practice Group has extensive experience in business organizations and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and refinancing, contract negotiation, and real estate development. The Commercial Practice Group has worked with the Employment Practice Group, the Health Care Practice Group, and other Groups in numerous complex transactions requiring a multi-disciplinary approach.
