Xavier “Javie” Staggs, a native of Proctorville, Ohio, joined Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC in the fall of 2007. His practice areas include, Employment and Labor Law, Commercial Law and Intellectual Property.  Previously, he worked for Western & Southern Financial Group in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In May 2006, Mr. Staggs received his J.D. from Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law.  He holds an MBA from the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and received his bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mr. Staggs is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, as well as the Supreme Court of Appeals for West Virginia.

Mr. Staggs volunteers with  Big Brothers/Big Sisters and is a member of the Kanawha County Bar Association.
