John D. Bupp, a native of Charleston, WV, joined Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC in the fall of 2009. His practice areas include, Employment and Labor Law, Commercial Law and Insurance / Litigation.

Mr. Bupp is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, as well as the Supreme Court of Appeals for West Virginia. He is a member of the Defense Trial Council of West Virginia and the Kanawha County Bar Association.

In 2006, Bupp graduated cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in journalism. In 2009, he received a J.D. from West Virginia University's College of Law. Additionally, he is a volunteer youth basketball coach for the Charleston Church Recreation Association.
