Erin K. Jones, a native of Charleston, WV, joined Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC in the fall of 2008. Her practice areas include, Employment and Labor Law, Commercial Law, Insurance / Litigation, and Domestic Law.

Ms. Jones is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, as well as the Supreme Court of Appeals for West Virginia. She is a member of the Defense Trial Council of West Virginia and the Kanawha County Bar Association.

In 2004, she graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in journalism. She received the Kappa Tau Alpha "Top Scholar Award" in journalism and the "Top Scholar Award" in public relations. In 2008, Ms. Jones received her J.D. from West Virginia University's College of Law. While in law school, she was member of the Moot Court Board, national team member; Moot Court Baker Cup, best oralist; and recently inducted into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers.
