(Charleston, W.Va.) — Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC, one of the larger law firms in West Virginia, recently added a third office to its roster of locations. With offices in Charleston and Morgantown, the firm formalized its presence in Fayetteville, W.Va. in mid-April. Fayette County native, Tom Ewing, a member of the firm, serves as manager of the Fayetteville office.
“For some time now, the firm has been exploring the opportunity to expand its reach in the southern part of the state to better serve client needs in the areas of general business, real estate, banking, estate planning, and estate administration,” Ewing began. “Fayetteville is a great location based on its convenient proximity to Beckley, Summersville, and Lewisburg.”

The firm’s Fayetteville practice will be characterized as a general practice, but will be backed by deeper legal support in the categories of labor and employment, construction, energy and natural resources, government relations, complex wealth and tax planning, municipal law, domestic relations, and criminal defense.
